Guided Canoe Trips for Women

Women in the Bush is a not- for- profit group offering guided canoe trips for women. Our goal is to teach women wilderness canoe tripping skills, or improve existing skills, in an environment where they feel free to be themselves and learn. We want to create safe and environmentally responsible paddlers who have the confidence to use their skills on future trips with their partners and families. Each trip is customized to the women who are participating so that everyone gets as much out of the trip as possible. Our trips are vacations from noise, schedules, kids and rushing about and a chance to learn/hone new skills while learning more about our friends and ourselves.
